In the event that class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, illness unforseen issues, please provide me with the best possible contact #'s and email addresses to reach you at. The fastest way for me to reach everyone quickly is through email so I will attempt to email first; secondly I will call/text you at the numbers you have provided. If you are in any doubt as to class being cancelled, please check your email, phone messages and the website before leaving for class. The website will be updated with cancellations when time permits.

POLICY FOR GROUP MAT CLASSES

Pilates requires time and patience to master, the best results come from regular practice and commitment to your classes. Likewise, teaching pilates requires much preparation, hard work and training. Please carefully consider your time and Equi-librium's cancellation policy before committing to a session. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR A CLASS. When joining a group mat class, please note that if you need to miss a class it can be make up WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OF THE CURRENT 6 WEEK SESSION in any other mat class provided there is room. Kindly let me know when possible if you are not able to make your class so the spot may be offered to another student looking to do a make up. Please contact me prior to making up a class so I can confirm there is space available. Missed classes may not be carried over into future sessions. Again, consider your time very carefully.

Please arrive on time to class. The first ten minutes of class are important to warming up the body and to focus the mind.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS:

Equi-librium pilates requires atleast a 24 hour notice of cancellation or the session will be forfeited.

6 and 10 week packages are expected to be used within that time frame. Recognizing that "life" happens and occasionally appointments need to be rescheduled, Equi-librium will try to reschedule appointments only when atleast 24 notice is received and provided there is time/space available. When regularly scheduled appointments are repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled, the time slot can no longer be held and the student will have to arrange appointments on a week to week basis.

To hold a particular time/day for an extended amount of time a fee will apply.

These policies are in place to provide the smooth running of classes for students and to provide for the long term success of the studio. Cooperation with these policies is greatly appreciated.
