Pilates requires time and patience to master. Teaching pilates requires much preparation and hard work. Please consider your time and our cancellation policy carefully before committing to a session. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR A CLASS. When joining any group mat class or private reformer or apparatus classes, please note that if you need to miss a class, it can be made up WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OF THE CURRENT SESSION (6 weeks for group mat, 4 weeks for private sessions) provided there is an appropriate level class with space available and provided that 24 HOUR NOTICE of cancellation is received either by email or phone. Please contact me prior to coming to make up a class so I can confirm there is a space available. Classes may not be carried over into future sessions. Again, please consider your schedule and the cancellation policy carefully.

A class “as a whole” may request to make up one class within the session, at a time that is mutually agreeable to all of the class participants and the instructor.

Please arrive on time to class. The first 10 or so minutes of class are crucial to warm up the body and to focus the mind. Your level of commitment to your pilates training will determine what you receive back from it.

The policies set above were designed to allow the smooth running of classes and private sessions at Equi-Librium, Pilates based conditioning for the Equestrian Athlete.
